How long have you been in business?

We have been providing a proofreading and editing service since the beginning of 2005.

What are your credentials? Are you qualified to handle my manuscript?

All of our proofreaders and editors must:

• Have a university or college degree (many have a Master's and/or PhD)
• Have a year of experience proofreading, editing or writing documents, and be able to supply supporting references
• Be a native speaker in the language they proofread or edit
• Pass a language certification test

I'm concerned about copyright.  Will you steal any of my work?

Absolutely not!  Supaproofread and its editors make no claim to any copyright.  Your work belongs to you and only you.  We do not require credit or acknowledgement on material that you have written or, anything else for that matter.  All we ask is that the fees are paid for the service you choose.

If I live in another country, can I still use your services?

Definitely!  Supaproofread.com is a global company, and you can use our services as long as you have a valid debit/credit card, or a PayPal/Google checkout account.

What are your business hours?

Our website and document submission services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Our proofreaders are based throughout the world so they're also on duty 24/7!  Our administrative support centre is open from 10am until 4pm GMT, Monday to Friday.   We will generally answer all email enquiries in 6 hours or less.
